Article 2 - Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter “GTC”) aim to define the contractual sales conditions between Lunellda (hereinafter “the Seller”) and the Buyer, within the framework of the sale of products offered on the site www.lunellda.com.
Article 3 - Acceptance of the GTC
The GTC are accessible at any time on the site www.lunellda.comBy placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC without reservation.
The GTC may be modified at any time, and changes will apply to any order placed after their update.
Article 4 - Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the site www.lunellda.com as of the day the site is consulted by the Buyer.
Product features are presented on the site, within the limits of the available information.
The Seller strives to ensure product availability for sale but cannot guarantee permanent availability of all products.
Article 5 - Order
The Buyer places their order directly on the site www.lunellda.comOnce the order is confirmed, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order suspected of fraud or not complying with the GTC.
Article 6 - Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery fees are free.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 7 - Payment
Payment is made by credit card, bank transfer, or any other method offered on the site.
The Buyer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.

Article 8 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of order.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carrier or a case of force majeure.
Article 9 - Withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has 30 days to exercise their right of withdrawal.
They must notify their decision by email to info@lunellda.com.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Article 10 - Warranties
Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable law.
In case of defective product, the Buyer has 30 days to request a replacement or refund.
The warranty does not cover normal wear or damage due to misuse.
Article 11 - Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for any indirect damage related to the use of the site or products.
Liability is limited to the order amount.
Article 12 - Intellectual property
All elements of the site www.lunellda.com are protected by copyright and trademark law.
They may not be copied or exploited without prior written authorization.
Article 13 - Personal data

Article 14 - Disputes
In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution.
Otherwise, the courts in the jurisdiction of the Seller's head office shall have jurisdiction.
Article 15 - Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
